D365 F&O Change Lead / Change Manager (Contract) - OIR35
📍 UK (Hybrid) | 💰 C£850-950p/d | ⏳ Contract
We’re seeking an experienced D365 F&O Change Lead / Manager to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme, driving business change across end-to-end implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change strategy and delivery across a full D365 F&O implementation lifecycle
- Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across finance and supply chain functions
- Design and deliver change impact assessments, communications and training strategies
- Work closely with programme, functional and technical teams to align change with delivery milestones
- Support UAT, cutover and go-live, ensuring smooth transition into BAU
- Manage resistance and ensure user adoption and behavioural change across the organisation
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Change Lead/Manager on D365 F&O programmes
- Strong end-to-end ERP transformation delivery experience
- Hands-on involvement across implementation phases (design, build, test, deploy)
- Experience working across Finance and/or Supply Chain modules
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and IT
- Strong understanding of change frameworks, communications and training delivery
Desirable
- Experience in large, complex or multi-entity environments
- Exposure to global or multi-country rollouts
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar
