ERP Project Manager - Perm
Salary: c£50,000 – £60,000 base
Location: Hybrid – Crewe or London (1 day per week in office)
We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of ERP implementation projects, including NetSuite and other ERP platforms. You will work closely with consulting, development, operations and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and clients receive a high-quality service.
This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple ERP projects across different industries, working directly with clients to drive successful transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects or specific delivery phases across platforms such as NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Lead project governance including planning, timelines, budgets, reporting, risk management and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, plans and reporting to ensure transparency and delivery success.
- Coordinate with functional, technical and development teams to allocate the right resources and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks or delivery issues, providing clear recommendations and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience project managing ERP implementations (NetSuite or similar ERP platforms).
- Experience delivering both enterprise-scale and mid-market ERP deployments.
- Understanding of core finance and business processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and business users.
- Good understanding of ERP or accounting systems.
