We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform scaling through a buy-and-build strategy. They acquire UK estate agencies and integrate them onto a proprietary tech platform — typically within two months of deal close — automating tenant management, payments, and property maintenance. Backed by top-tier investors, they are disrupting one of the world's most antiquated industries.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of the company's growth engine. You will own the full post-acquisition integration cycle across multiple simultaneous projects — landing in newly acquired businesses, earning trust quickly, and driving the transition from day one through to full integration. There is a clear path to leading the wider Integrations function as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration projects for newly acquired estate agencies, running multiple simultaneously
• Lead data transfer, process migration, and client onboarding to ensure smooth platform transitions
• Proactively resolve operational roadblocks and manage risk registers to protect acquired assets
• Coordinate accounting consolidations, office and lease terminations, and administrative clean-up
• Monitor KPIs and health metrics of acquired businesses, identifying issues early
• Act as primary liaison with acquired teams, maintaining morale through transitions
• Spend 2–3 months at a time across UK locations, typically a few days per week on-site

What We're Looking For

We care far more about what you've done than where you've been. The ideal career arc is a structured early career — top-tier consulting, Big 4, or equivalent — followed by a move into an operational or transformation role at a high-growth business. Still in consulting or professional services is not the right fit.

Current or recent experience we're looking for:

• Integrations or transformation role at a roll-up, consolidator, or buy-and-build business
• Operations Manager, Head of Operations, or Chief of Staff at a scaling company
• Launch or expansion manager at a platform business entering new markets
• Finance transformation at a scaleup with hands-on delivery (not advisory)

Skills & Attributes

• Extremely organised — able to run multiple projects in parallel without dropping the ball
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with sharp attention to detail
• Outstanding communicator — clear, direct, adaptable to different audiences
• Culturally attuned to British business; able to build trust quickly with traditional teams
• Startup mentality: resilient, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity
• Hands-on and execution-focused — not a slide-deck operator
• Degree-level education (Bachelor's minimum), fluent English
• Full flexibility to travel extensively across the UK
