Following a series of acquisitions across the UK, the business is seeking a high-calibre Integrations Manager to take ownership of post M&A integration activity ensuring seamless onboarding, operational alignment, and long term value realisation across newly acquired businesses.
This is a role at the heart of a scaling platform, offering significant scope for progression into leadership as the integration function grows.
The Role
As Integrations Manager, you will lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, and leadership to embed newly acquired businesses into a centralised platform.
You will be responsible for balancing data, operations, and people integration, ensuring minimal disruption while maximising efficiency and performance.

- eProven experience in M&A integration, transformation, or operational delivery role
- sAlternatively, top-tier consulting background with 4+ years in operational / implementation wor
- kStrong experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environment
- sHighly structured, analytical, and detail-oriente
- dExcellent stakeholder management and communication skill
- sComfortable working in hands-on, execution-focused role
