The Role
\n

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and continuous improvement of a premium finance proposition. You'll act as the Subject Matter Expert for servicing processes, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver customer-focused product enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and support commercial growth.

\n
You'll gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, support product delivery, manage post-implementation improvements, and ensure customer outcomes remain at the heart of all change.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and enhance the servicing product proposition.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Work with change and technology teams to deliver product improvements.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve product issues, mitigating customer risk where required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support successful delivery.

Skills & Experience
\n

- Experience in a Product Owner or similar product-focused role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of APIs, XML, and JSON.
- Knowledge of commercial brokers
