Project Manager – NetSuite / ERP Implementations

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver NetSuite and ERP implementation projects across a portfolio of clients. This role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery.

You will act as the key point of contact for clients, working closely with consulting, development, operations and quality teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end NetSuite or ERP implementations, or specific project phases.
• Lead project governance including planning, timelines, budgets, reporting and issue resolution.
• Coordinate internal resources across functional, technical and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, plans and status reporting.
• Proactively manage and escalate risks or issues when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience project managing NetSuite or similar ERP implementations.
• Experience delivering mid-market and enterprise-scale ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of ERP or accounting systems.
