The JSS Group is a specialist recruitment business — technology, transformation, professional services — and we're growing fast. Following the acquisition of Intaso and the launch of our US office, we're now one unified business across two continents. We're building the operational layer to match.

We're looking for a RevOps & Projects Lead to own our systems, data, and AI agenda. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Executive Director — high trust, real autonomy, and a clear mandate to drive commercial improvement through data and systems excellence.

What you'll own

  • Bullhorn — data quality, automation, and Amplify deployment
  • HubSpot and CRM-adjacent tooling
  • MI and KPI reporting that leadership actually relies on
  • The group's AI strategy — from evaluation to embedded delivery
  • Operational improvement projects end-to-end
  • Systems input to Finance on ERP, receivables, and month-end automatio n

Who you are: You know the recruitment industry — ideally from the inside. You're analytically sharp, deeply comfortable with CRM systems, and you understand AI and automation not just in theory but in practice. You've built reporting that gets used, delivered projects that stick, and you can hold a room with senior leaders

Essential: Bullhorn experience, recruitment ops knowledge (contractor lifecycle, OTC, billing), proven MI/KPI reporting, practical AI and automation delivery, strong stakeholder management

Desirable: Bullhorn Amplify, HubSpot, Power Platform, AI agent deployment, US/international ops exposure.
