Location: Hybrid Working - Office Working 3 days a week
Reporting to: Total Reward Director
Salary Indicator: £70,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Our client, a highly successful and innovative technology business, is seeking a commercially astute Reward Partner (Compensation) to join their well established Reward function

The Opportunity
As Reward Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and People teams, ensuring compensation frameworks are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business objectives. You will combine analytical expertise with strong stakeholder management capability to drive data-led reward decisions across technical and commercial populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement scalable compensation frameworks aligned to growth strategy.
- Own and evolve salary structures, job architecture, pay bands, and career frameworks.
- Lead annual compensation review cycles (merit, bonus, equity refresh where applicable).
- Provide guidance on offers, promotions, market adjustments, and retention strategies.
- Conduct market benchmarking across key tech talent segments.
- Deliver robust modelling and cost analysis in partnership with Finance.
- Support pay equity analysis and contribute to transparency initiatives.
- Ensure governance and compliance across multiple geographies.
- Provide reward insights and analytics to inform workforce planning.
About You
Our client is looking for someone who brings:
- Demonstrable experience in compensation / reward
- Strong understanding of market benchmarking, incentive design, and (ideally) equity programmes.
- Experience managing annual reward cycles end-to-end.
- Advanced analytical capability (Excel essential; experience with reward systems beneficial).
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner confidently with senior stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
