Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost engagement, conversions, and audience growth.
• Implement and manage advanced marketing AI systems, including text-to-image and text-to-video tools, ensuring integration with Pardot and CMS platforms.
• Act as a Prompt Engineer, designing and optimizing AI prompts to improve campaign performance and outcomes.
• Oversee website and landing page development, focusing on UI/UX optimization to enhance user experience.
• Leverage SEO expertise to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Manage and optimize MarTech tools and integrations, ensuring seamless workflows and data connectivity.
• Collaborate with teams to create high-impact content across channels, including social media, email, and digital ads.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in marketing AI systems, including prompt engineering, AI-generated content (text-to-image, text-to-video), and automation.
• Strong technical skills in integrations, Pardot, CMS platforms, and MarTech systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO, audience growth strategies, and content optimization.
• Experience with CRO, Paid Ads, and digital campaign management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to scale systems efficiently.
