Business Application Manager

Livingston James is delighted to be partnered with JW Filshill to appoint a new Business Application Manager.

This is a key role created to support a major transformation programme within one of Scotland’s most established and respected family-run wholesale businesses. With a history dating back to 1875, Filshill continues to grow at pace, serving over 1,600 customers, supporting more than 220 KeyStore retailers, and operating from its new 120,400 sq ft headquarters in Renfrew.

The business is currently undertaking the replacement of its longstanding ERP platform, following an extensive review of processes across every department. This new system will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, enhancing data quality, and supporting Filshill’s long-term growth. The Business Application Manager will sit at the centre of this programme, coordinating internal stakeholders and external delivery partners, shaping requirements, driving standardisation, and ensuring the successful rollout and long‐term optimisation of the new platform.

This is an opportunity for an experienced ERP professional who can combine strong technical understanding with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to support teams through change. Filshill is looking for someone proactive, collaborative and confident operating in a fast-paced environment, with the capability to influence, challenge constructively, and take ownership of an evolving and business‐critical system.
