Job Description:

Work directly with the CEO as a force multiplier in this high-intensity execution role. You will ship daily, managing everything from automated financial workflows and payroll to sales support and internal tooling. This is a scrappy, hands-on position designed for a high-agency generalist ready to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing biotech infrastructure startup.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain automated operational systems for finance, payroll, and contractor management using tools like Airtable and no-code scripts.
• Drive end-to-end execution on high-leverage tasks ranging from drafting investor/customer content to coordinating complex recruitment and onboarding logistics.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they break, ensuring the company's internal engine runs with absolute precision as the team scales.

The ideal candidate:

• A high-agency generalist with prior operations experience in a startup environment or evidence of independent execution through personal projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a ""no task too small"" mentality and a genuine desire to build order from chaos through hard work.
