As the first product marketing hire, you will define Seapoint’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Working directly with the founding team, you’ll bridge product and sales to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives. You will own end-to-end launches and use strategic content to build trust with founders across Europe.

What you will do:

• Own the core product positioning and messaging frameworks, translating technical AI features into founder-focused value propositions.
• Build and execute the full product launch playbook, coordinating across engineering and sales to drive successful market rollouts.
• Lead a high-velocity experimentation program using AI tools like Claude to rapidly test channels, content formats, and growth tactics.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or fintech product marketing, with a track record of owning successful product launches and positioning.
• Strategic storyteller who is AI-native, using modern LLMs to compress timelines and maintain high-quality output without "slop."
• Thrives in 0→1 environments and possesses the writing skills to produce both deep technical whitepapers and punchy social content.
