- Own critical features from design to implementation, contributing significantly to the overall architecture and product vision.
- Design and architect new features collaboratively with the design team, customers, and leadership.
- Contribute to both front-end and backend development of features, embracing a full-stack mindset.
- Work closely with the design team to refine specifications and designs for features under development.
- 3–5 years of experience as a FE/BE/Full Stack developer, ideally from a fast-growing company; preference for former founding engineers or engineering leads.
- Proficient in React and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong hunger for impact and ownership.
- A natural team player and strong communicator, capable of ingesting chaos and delivering high-quality products.
