As the first growth hire at a profitable $500k ARR startup, you will own the end-to-end marketing engine. You will bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and user value, driving acquisition through paid channels, SEO, and strategic positioning. This is a high-leverage role designed for an autonomous leader who uses AI to multiply their impact.

What you will do:

• Execute and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
• Lead the strategic positioning and content strategy, translating complex AI context-management features into simple, compelling messaging for technical and non-technical buyers.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to handle multiple functions across growth, including SEO optimization, ad copywriting, and potential customer success workflows.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS growth, specifically managing paid acquisition and SEO engines at an early-stage startup.
• AI-native professional who deeply understands how to use LLMs and automation to achieve the output of an entire marketing team.
• Exceptional communicator with a strong eye for design and the ability to write high-converting copy that resonates with data-driven professionals.
