Job Description:

Join a mission-driven team building the core systems for a greentech platform transforming home energy efficiency. You'll develop end-to-end features across customer journeys, internal tools, and critical energy calculation models—directly impacting homeowners' ability to reduce bills and their carbon footprint. What you will do:

  • Build features end-to-end, from database schema to user interface, solving real operational problems.
  • Improve and optimise existing systems, making pragmatic decisions on when to refactor or rebuild.
  • Collaborate closely with non-engineers to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses solid professional experience building and shipping web applications that real users rely on.
  • Is proficient in Python and Django, or demonstrates the ability to quickly master them.
  • Is comfortable working across the full stack, including building functional UIs with modern tools.
