What you will do:

• Lead technical development of AI-powered solutions
• Write, review, and optimize code, staying close to the engineering process
• Manage a team of software engineers
  

The ideal candidate:

• First-Class or strong academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years in software engineering, ideally in AI, SaaS, or automation
• Previous experience in a lead or management role within a startup or tech-driven company
