Conference Producer – FinTech Conferences

Are you an ambitious and commercially minded Conference Producer with a passion for delivering high-impact B2B events that connect the worlds of finance and technology?

If you thrive on turning ideas into must-attend experiences - and have a proven background in producing finance, investment, or tech-focused conferences - this is the opportunity to take your career to the next level.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end conference production cycle, from market research and content creation to speaker acquisition and onsite delivery. Working closely with talented marketing and sales teams, you’ll shape agendas that drive engagement, grow audiences, and strengthen our clients' position as a trusted voice in the global FinTech community. This role requires a lot of outbound communication (calling, emailing and messaging via LinkedIn).

Expect to travel internationally to deliver your events and see your ideas come to life in vibrant, high-energy settings.

• Proven experience in commercial conference production, ideally within financial services or technology sectors (note: this is not an event management/operations role)
• Strong research, writing, and content development skills
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities - able to meet tight deadlines calmly and effectively
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders and industry experts
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional events
