This is a newly created position with a growing, well-respected B2B events organisation at the centre of a global professional community in the technology sector. If you have come from delegate sales, audience acquisition, or membership management and want a role that combines the commercial drive you enjoy with meaningful, long-term relationship building, this could be exactly the right next step.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of senior professional members, working one-to-one to drive their active participation across a full calendar of activity - flagship conferences, online events, training, content and networking. This is a revenue-generating role with clear KPIs, a commission structure, and real visibility within the business.

You will conduct proactive outreach by phone, LinkedIn, video call and in person, manage your own pipeline, re-engage lapsed members, and host and welcome key attendees at events. You will also work closely with the sales, conference and marketing teams, feeding member insight back into the business to help shape future activity.

This is not passive account management. It rewards energy, initiative and commercial discipline.

What We Are Looking For

  • A background in B2B events - specifically delegate sales, audience acquisition, membership sales, or a closely related commercial role. Or perhaps you have been in Recruitment where you are used to building communities in a commercial context.
  • Proven ability to work to targets and KPIs and a track record of hitting them
  • Confidence and credibility engaging with senior professional audiences - by phone, on LinkedIn and in person
  • A consultative, warm communication style that builds trust quickly
  • Strong pipeline management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, online platforms and engagement data
