Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting a Senior Event Producer & Community Manager to lead the planning, curation, and delivery of a portfolio of senior level events, webinars, and roundtables for a leading professional network in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-value events for senior professionals.
• Develop event content and formats aligned with industry trends and audience needs.
• Recruit C-level participants, speakers, and advisors - this is a big part of the job.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events meet organisational goals.
• Innovate with hybrid, virtual, and experiential formats.

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of B2B commercial conference production experience, preferably in tech, or professional services.
• Confident sourcing, contacting and building relationships with senior executives.
• Strong project management, organisational, time management and analytical skills.
• Confident you can meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality events.
