Location: Hybrid / 2 days per week in Woking office
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000
Job Overview
The Marketing Technologist / Marketing Operations Consultant is a client-facing, midweight role that sits at the heart of the agency, powering how strategy becomes reality. You are responsible for driving the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing operation of marketing technology and digital platforms that enable the agency to scale, move faster, and deliver work clients genuinely feel the impact of.
The role exists to ensure that MarTech systems, websites, and executional tooling are delivered clearly, consistently, and commercially, supporting an AI-enabled agency model while maintaining quality, trust, and scalability.
Core Responsibilities
MarTech & Marketing Systems Delivery
You are responsible for the technical execution and safe operation of marketing systems, including:
CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
Email & Lifecycle Execution
You are not responsible for data strategy or reporting ownership, but you must understand downstream implications well enough to implement safely and responsibly.
Website & CMS Implementation
This role owns marketing websites, not complex software development.
This is a client-facing role.
Collaboration & AI-Enabled Working
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Confident CMS management (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Webflow)
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience implementing email and automation programmes
- Confident using AI to accelerate execution
- Ability to review, adapt, and improve AI output
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
