Key Responsibilities: -
Own and manage global SAP Concur implementations (Travel, Expense, Invoice, PO modules)

Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining system integrity and user satisfaction

Provide internal consultancy on technical configuration and system enhancements

Lead system design, testing, and change management activities

Support users post-implementation and manage ongoing system improvements

Drive multiple process improvement projects as part of a wider global finance transformation

Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure successful delivery

Maintain system documentation and define integration requirements

Line manage a team member and support month-end close

Proven experience leading SAP Concur implementations (including Travel, Expense & Invoice modules)

You will manage the end to end implementation of SAP Concur globally, including Travel, Expense and border Invoice modules. Complete implementations within a defined timeframe while consistently delivering best practice configuration and client satisfaction.Provide internal consultancy on the Concur solution to advise on technical configuration changes and system enhancements. Lead on design, change and test phases of projects for Concur, ensuring high quality configuration and setup, that delivers system/process updates without issue or impact to users and processes.Provide leadership on implementations, with direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery from inception through to the successful operational running of the agreed deliverables. Key to success will be the effective management of senior stakeholders through timely and relevant communications while providing strong leadership and direction to cross-functional delivery teams whilst ensuring that a project achieves key milestones and deadline to the quality required and on budget.
