Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Specialist
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Support Specialist to join a growing IT Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering technical support, enabling users, and enhancing solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications.
- Maintain and support Power Platform solutions, including troubleshooting Power BI reports, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dynamics, and managing environments.
- Assist with user onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
- Manage service requests and incidents through ITSM tools, ensuring timely, effective, and customer-focused resolutions.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, support development, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Power Platform Admin Centre, and Azure Active Directory.
- Understanding of Microsoft licensing, tenant management, and user permissions.
