The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the full regional marketing function during a major growth phase. Working closely with the CRO and senior leadership, you’ll build a unified marketing engine that drives predictable pipeline, accelerates revenue, and positions the business as the premium category leader in AI-powered safety and operational intelligence.

What You’ll Lead
Regional Strategy & Growth
- Own the regional marketing strategy across the UK and EU
- Build integrated campaigns across digital, demand gen, brand, content, PR, and field marketing
- Localise messaging for key markets while keeping the brand sharp and consistent
Pipeline, Revenue & Demand Engine
- Partner with the CRO and Sales leaders to deliver predictable pipeline
- Build a high-performing demand engine using paid, organic, social, video, and ABM/ABX
- Identify pipeline gaps and deploy targeted campaigns to accelerate deals
Brand, Narrative & Category Leadership
- Lead a bold brand repositioning strategy
- Craft messaging around safety, intelligence, automation, and predictive insights
- Ensure a standout, differentiated story across all markets and channels
Content, Video & Social
- Drive a high-impact content and video strategy
- Coach a talented content/video lead to deliver industry-defining creative
- Supercharge social presence, especially LinkedIn and YouTube
Digital, Performance & Analytics
- Oversee SEO, GEO, paid search, paid social, and digital performance
- Build dashboards tracking CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and social growth
- Report on KPIs and deliver forecasting to senior leadership
Events, Partnerships & Field Marketing
- Build a strong presence at major industry events
- Support strategic partnerships across OEMs, telematics, associations, and integrators
- Align events with ABM and sales priorities
Team Leadership
- Support and develop a multi-disciplinary regional marketing team
- Build a culture of clarity, creativity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
- Shape future team structure across demand gen, digital, content, and product marketing
What You Bring
- B2B marketing leadership experience (SaaS, telematics, fleet tech, logistics, AI, mobility ideal)
- Experience scaling marketing across Europe and/or North America
- Strong pipeline ownership and demand generation expertise
- Deep knowledge of digital, ABM/ABX, social growth, and brand strategy
- Experience leading creative and performance teams
- Confident influencing C-suite and cross-functional leaders
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Scale-up experience is a strong advantage
