My client is looking for a highly organised Technical Project Administrator to join a large-scale infrastructure project, providing essential support throughout the preparation and delivery phases of a significant site investment programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment, supporting engineers, project managers and contractors to keep everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings, travel, accommodation and project logistics
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes and supporting project leadership teams
  • Managing project documentation and maintaining document control systems
  • Processing purchase orders, service entry sheets and goods receipts through SAP
  • Supporting project budgets and financial administration
  • Managing project correspondence, mailboxes and filing systems
  • Ensuring document retention, archiving and GDPR compliance requirements are met
  • Maintaining office supplies and supporting the day-to-day operation of the project office

Criteria:

  • Strong administration experience within a busy office or project environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and document management experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction or technical projects would be advantageous
