The Opportunity
We are partnering with a high‐growth, AI‐driven creative technology business that is transforming how brands deliver advertising, campaign content, and social media at scale.
Combining advanced AI with human creative expertise, the business provides fully managed solutions that enable faster execution, lower production costs, and stronger marketing performance.
You will drive new business across a global client base, engaging senior marketing leaders and positioning innovative, AI‐enabled solutions. This role requires a consultative, insight‐led approach, leading conversations around the future of marketing, not just selling into them.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Build and manage a pipeline across target sectors (DTC, eCommerce, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, agencies)
- Lead outbound activity (LinkedIn, email, events) and manage inbound leads
- Run discovery, demos, and tailored solution pitches
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Understand client marketing workflows, challenges, and performance goals
- Position solutions to reduce cost, improve speed, and enhance campaign performance
- Develop proposals and commercial models (retainer, project, hybrid)
- Collaborate with delivery teams to scope and align engagements
Market & Account Growth
- Develop a strong view on target markets, verticals, and use cases
- Gather market insights to inform positioning and pricing
- Represent the business at industry events and build partnerships
- Grow existing accounts through cross‐sell and upsell opportunities
Requirements
- 5–6 years’ experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of closing deals
- Background in MarTech, digital marketing, creative services, or tech‐enabled agencies
- Experience selling to CMOs and senior marketing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of AI and the evolving marketing landscape
- Ability to translate complex solutions into clear commercial outcomes
- Familiarity with managed service / agency‐style commercial models (retainers, SOWs, project‐based)
