Role: Senior/Principal Consultant

Salary: Top-of-market basic + up to 50% commission

Market: Enterprise technology, USA & Canada, contract & perm

We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of our highest performing divisions. This is a role for someone that wants to take their career to the next level by working with, and learning from, some of the best recruiters you’re likely to encounter.

We’re looking for someone that understands the full recruitment lifecycle and can generate revenue through effective relationship-building, business development, candidate management, and deal execution. You’ll work on a high fee market where top-performers often bill in excess of £1m.
