Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced in-house Talent Attraction Partner to join the team here at Jackson James.

The Role:
You’ll partner with our market-leading functions across the US and EMEA to staff our specialised tech divisions. This is a pivotal role: you’ll accelerate growth for our teams and clients alike by identifying and hiring exceptional recruiters to operate across the Microsoft, Sage, Acumatica, and NetSuite markets.

We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in Rec2Rec, in-house recruitment, or technical markets.
- Are skilled in talent mapping, market building, and headhunting.
- Are confident managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Can bring a consultative, relationship-led approach from an agency or fast-paced in-house background.
- Are comfortable using an ATS to manage candidates and pipelines efficiently.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience with basic HR duties.
- Experience leading or designing people-led initiatives.
