The opportunity
We're looking for a driven E-commerce Project Manager to take ownership of our digital and platform initiatives. You'll sit at the intersection of technology and commerce — working closely with internal development teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, well-coordinated projects.
A core focus of this role is leading our Shopify migration programme alongside BAU e-commerce tech coordination, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on tangible, high-visibility delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Managing end-to-end delivery of digital and e-commerce projects, keeping timelines, priorities, and workstreams on track
- Leading and coordinating our Shopify migration programme from planning through to go-live
- Acting as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Overseeing BAU e-commerce tech tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery
- Collaborating with internal developers and external partners to manage dependencies and risks
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years' experience in retail e-commerce and project management
- Proven track record working alongside development teams
- Experience with Shopify migrations or comparable platform projects
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams
- Confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Nice to have
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in a technology-related field
- Experience with integrations such as ERP, POS, or APIs
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or equivalent
