Primarypointofcontactonsiteforourclient.

Staffleadershipandmentorshiptotheonsiteteam/sandrota.

Providecomprehensivereportingtotheservicedeliveryandaccountmanager.

Providingaseniorleveloftechnicalsupportatthepointofescalation.

OperationalCoordinationbetweenteamsincludingthetechnicalhelpdesk,fieldservice,projectsteamsandclientliaison.

Toworkwithtechnicalteamstoprovideaccuratetechnicaladvicewhenrequired.

Tocarryoutdetailedregularroomchecks.

MeetingroomsupportforVIPs.

Coordinationofsoftware/firmwareupgrades.

ProvidetechnicalsupporttoAV/VCusers.

Supportingvideoconferencecallsincludingliaisingwithremoteofficesinrespecttothesetupandrunningofvideoconferencecalls(technologiesincludePrimeVideo/Intercall

o /BlueJeansandWebEx).

Toassist/managewithallads/moves/changes(smallworks)onsite.

Toensureanychangesareimplementedseamlesslyaspertheagreedrequirementandwithminimalimpactonthebusiness.

ToensureusersaretrainedintheoperationofAV/VCtechnologiesdeployedtosite.

Toidentifyandevaluategapsinhowtheclientusesthetechnologyandmakeappropriaterecommendationstotheclientforanyfuturechangesthatwouldprovidefurtherbenefits.

Tomonitorthequalityoftheservicesdeliveredviathetechnologydeployed.

Toundertakemanufacturertrainingcoursesasappropriatetoensureknowledgebaseismaintained.

Toensureallbreak-fixactivitiesarecarriedoutunderthecontractedtermsandwithintheagreedSLAs.

Toarrangeallpreventativemaintenanceactivitiesandproduceviahelpdesktheappropriatereportsdetailingworkscarriedoutandanykeyactivities/concernsthatmayrequirefurtherattendance/consideration.

Liaisewithandmanage3rdpartysuppliers.

Manageconsumablesandstockholdingofonsitespares.

Managemeet&greetserviceasrequiredtoassistallmeetingsthatrequireAV/VCtechniciansupport.

Managerotasandjuniortechnician.

ToensureallassociatedactivitiesthatcomprisetheAVservicearedeliveredseamlesslyandwithmaximumefficiency.

Tobeapointofescalationthroughtotheaccountmanager.

Toadviseandreportontheservicedeliverytotheaccountmanagerand/orclientsmanagementteam.

Toensureservicesaredeliveredinlinewithclientpolicies(CSR/environmental/security)andstrategies.

Desirableskills:
