Senior Management Accountant

We are currently working on two Senior Management Accountant opportunities within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. We want to hear from qualified and experienced accountants! These are key roles providing financial insight, leadership, and technical expertise to support strategic decision-making and ensure robust financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the preparation, review, and analysis of management accounts and financial statements.
• Provide technical accounting expertise, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting.

Person Specification:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) with at least 5+ years’ experience in an accounting environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge; experience preparing financial statements is desirable.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing junior staff.
• Systems experience with SAP, HFM, Blackline, and Metric-stream is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with strong time management and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
