Project Design Coordinator

Role - Project Coordinator - Workplace Design and Build Studio

Location -London

Salary - £45-50K

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join one of London's leading Design & Build companies.

This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

✔ Project administration and document management

✔ Health & Safety documentation and compliance

✔ Supplier and subcontractor administration

✔ Purchase Orders and contract administration

✔ Project close-out documentation

✔ Site establishment, branding and signage coordination

✔ Office administration and supplier account management

✔ First point of contact for IT support and software licence management

Our Client are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working in a collaborative project environment. Previous experience within the Construction, Design & Build or Fit Out sector would be highly advantageous.
