Our client, a market-leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a commercially astute and relationship-driven Partner Manager to join their high-performing commercial team. This is a strategic role focused on driving growth through channel and reseller partnerships, supporting partners in delivering SaaS, Cloud Services, Unified Communications, Telephony, and Managed IT Services.
You will be responsible for managing and growing existing partner relationships, while identifying new opportunities across the reseller ecosystem. The role will involve close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner enablement, go-to-market activities, and commercial performance. Regular partner meetings, pipeline management, and forecasting will form part of your day-to-day responsibilities, as will delivering revenue and margin targets.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in Business, Technology, STEM, or a related discipline. You will bring strong experience in partner or reseller account management, with a background in SaaS, Cloud, Unified Communications, Telephony, or Managed Services. A proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills, is essential. You should be comfortable managing the full sales cycle and be confident operating in a hybrid working model, typically spending three to four days per week in the Thames Valley office or visiting clients across the wider South East.
