Senior Sales Executive – SaaS / Cloud / Unified Communications (UC) / Software Solutions. 60-70K + OTE Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in SaaS, Cloud, UC (Unified Communications), or Software Solution Sales. This individual will drive business growth through strategic account acquisition, consultative selling, and long-term client relationship development.
The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with deep technical understanding of the software and cloud ecosystem, demonstrating the ability to translate complex solutions into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects within enterprise and mid-market sectors.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and architect tailored SaaS, UC, or Cloud-based solutions that enhance business performance.
- Account Management: Build trusted, long-term partnerships; manage renewals, expansions, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies aligned with revenue objectives and market trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver coherent and compelling value propositions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasting through CRM discipline and proactive pipeline management.
- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, competitor movements, and evolving market demands.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B software, SaaS, Cloud, or UC solution sales.
- Strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Collaboration Tools, or related platforms.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding £1M+ annual sales targets or equivalent revenue contribution.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, ideally within enterprise or technology sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technically conversant; able to discuss API integrations, cloud architecture, or SaaS delivery models confidently.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Zoom, Vodafone RingCentral, or Cisco UC is desirable.
- Degree Educated. With good educational background,
- Commercially driven with a strategic, outcomes-focused mindset.
- Confident communicator capable of influencing at C-suite level.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable within fast-moving technology environments.
