From day one, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, supporting real enterprise systems while developing the technical skills needed to progress your career.

• Investigating and resolving technical issues across enterprise software platforms.
• Supporting system analysis, diagnostics and performance improvements.
• Working with cloud-based applications and enterprise technologies.
• Assisting Software Engineers with system behaviour analysis and troubleshooting.
• Communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
• Contributing to continuous improvements across products and services.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop your programming skills in technologies including:

• A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
• Strong A-Level results (A-C) or BTEC Distinction.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• A genuine passion for technology and software development.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Exposure to one or more programming languages.
