Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Uncapped Commission + Double OTE

I'm working with one of the UK's most successful and highly regarded technology solution providers as they continue to invest in the growth of their sales team.

As part of this expansion, they're looking to appoint an experienced Account Director with a proven track record of selling complex technology solutions within the VAR, MSP or Systems

Integrator market.

The Role

This is a true hybrid sales role, combining the development of existing customer relationships with the acquisition of new logo business.

As an Account Director, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts while proactively identifying and winning new opportunities across the commercial and enterprise market. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, uncover new projects and position a broad range of technology solutions and services.

You'll work alongside specialist solution architects, vendor partners and delivery teams to build strategic relationships, drive account growth and secure new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in a technology sales role within a VAR, MSP or Systems Integrator.
  • Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts while consistently generating new business revenue.
  • Strong track record of selling complex IT solutions and managed services.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders from technical teams through to C-suite decision makers.
  • Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience developing long-term customer relationships and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
