They are a well established and financially secure, and are now investing heavily into expanding their commercial team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to step into a high-impact, high-growth role within the tech industry.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key part in generating high quality opportunities for the senior sales team. You’ll focus on targeted outreach, warm conversations, and strategic lead generation, opening doors with CIOs, CTOs, and technical leaders across the enterprise space. This role is all about quality over quantity. You’ll be supported by a strong marketing function, warm leads, industry events, and a well known brand with a solid reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warm and strategic outreach to enterprise prospects
  • Build and qualify a high-quality pipeline for Senior BDMs
  • Research potential clients and understand their software and technology challenges
  • Book meaningful meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Work closely with marketing, sales leaders, and technical teams
  • Attend industry events and support wider business development activity

Role details:

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £40,000 + great commission structure

Work arrangement: Hybrid (1 day on-site per week)
