What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand and apply best practices in security, compliance, and software development
  • Design and implement secure systems, processes, and training materials
  • Use data insights to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Solve complex technical problems using a structured and analytical approach
  • Contribute to strengthening and improving overall platform security

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide teams on technical standards and best practices
  • Analyse systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities or inefficiencies
  • Develop clear documentation and training resources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
  • Take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful improvements

  • Location: London (hybrid after an initial training period)
  • Salary: £31,000

Requirements:

  • 2:1 or above in a STEM degree (ideally cyber security or computer science)
  • Strong A-levels (AAB minimum, including A in Maths)
  • Logical, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working in a team
  • Quick learner with strong organisational skills
