A large, complex organisation is looking to engage an experienced SuccessFactors Technical Product Lead to support the delivery of an established SuccessFactors roadmap within a Corporate Systems environment.
This role sits within a dedicated SuccessFactors Product Team and requires strong technical capability, particularly across SuccessFactors LMS and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). The focus is on platform delivery, integration, and technical ownership rather than learning or content design.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver an existing SuccessFactors roadmap, ensuring milestones are met
- Act as the technical product lead for SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on LMS and LXP
- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine requirements
- Translate business and product requirements into clear technical instructions
- Liaise closely with third-party suppliers and development teams to drive delivery
- Provide technical oversight and assurance across the SuccessFactors estate
Essential experience
- SAP SuccessFactors accreditation
- Strong technical experience with SuccessFactors LMS
- Experience working with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
- Proven background delivering SuccessFactors solutions in complex environments
- Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong technical translation skills, bridging business needs and engineering delivery
Role details
- Location: London, hybrid working (1–2 days per week onsite)
- Contract: 6–8 months (dependent on day rate)
- Rate: £450–£550 per day (inside IR35, via umbrella)
- Interview process: Single-stage panel interview (video)
