Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams?
I'm partnering with one of the UK's most respected and successful technology solution providers as they look to appoint an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of experienced Account Directors focused on winning and growing enterprise customers across the commercial sector.

The Role
Reporting into senior sales leadership, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Directors. Your focus will be on driving new business growth, increasing wallet share within existing customers and creating a high-performance sales culture.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work closely with internal specialists, vendor partners and technical teams to help your team deliver complex technology solutions across cloud, cyber security, networking, data centre, modern workplace, managed services and professional services.
You'll spend your time coaching individuals through opportunities, supporting strategic customer engagement, forecasting accurately and helping shape the commercial strategy for the enterprise division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Enterprise Account Directors.
- Drive revenue growth across enterprise commercial customers.
- Coach and mentor individuals to maximise performance and career development.
- Support complex enterprise sales opportunities from strategy through to close.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with customers, partners and vendors.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Work closely with technical, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance and accountable sales culture.
About You
We're looking for an experienced sales leader who understands the enterprise technology sales landscape and has a genuine passion for developing people.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams within a VAR, MSP or technology solutions provider.
- A successful track record of delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Experience selling complex IT solutions across multiple technology pillars.
- The ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Excellent commercial awareness with strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing talent.
