💰 £110,000 base + Double OTE (£220,000) + Benefits

James Adams is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading Value-Added Resellers (VARs) , a fast-growing tech company known for delivering enterprise-grade solutions across both public and private sector markets.

As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to hire a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of Account Managers across the Midlands and North . This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role with serious earning potential—ideal for someone who thrives on strategy, mentoring, and commercial growth.

🔍 Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a regional sales team, driving performance, accountability, and results.
  • Shape and execute new business strategies while overseeing existing account expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and vendor partners.
  • Partner with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, marketing) to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting for your region.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership within a VAR, MSP, or IT channel environment .
  • Experience driving multimillion-pound sales performance across enterprise or public sector accounts.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute, strategic, and highly motivated.
