As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to hire a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of Account Managers across the Midlands and North . This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role with serious earning potential—ideal for someone who thrives on strategy, mentoring, and commercial growth.
🔍 Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a regional sales team, driving performance, accountability, and results.
- Shape and execute new business strategies while overseeing existing account expansion.
- Build strong relationships with clients and vendor partners.
- Partner with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, marketing) to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting for your region.
✅ What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record in sales leadership within a VAR, MSP, or IT channel environment .
- Experience driving multimillion-pound sales performance across enterprise or public sector accounts.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute, strategic, and highly motivated.
