Salary: Up to £75,000 (negotiable) base + Uncapped Commission

Location: Surrey or London

A fast-growing Managed Service Provider is investing heavily in expanding its Sales team, and we’re looking to speak with experienced Senior Account Managers/Solution Sellers who thrive on building long-term customer relationships whilst developing new business opportunities.

The Role

This is a 50/50 role focused on both account development and new business, working with existing customers whilst identifying new opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

You’ll engage with customers to understand their technology challenges and position solutions across a broad portfolio including:

  • Microsoft Solutions
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Cyber Security
  • Networking
  • Modern Workplace
  • Professional Services
  • Managed Services

You’ll work closely with pre-sales, technical consultants, and delivery teams to build compelling solutions that deliver real business outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer relationships
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Position end-to-end technology solutions across the full services portfolio
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to shape customer solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT solution sales within an MSP, VAR, or technology consultancy
  • Track record of winning and growing customer accounts
  • Experience selling multiple technology pillars (cloud, Microsoft, security, networking, managed services etc.)
  • Strong relationship building and consultative sales skills
  • Comfortable operating in a 50/50 new business and account growth role
