Data Control Manager
Data Control Manager (CRS)
We're recruiting a Data Control Manager to lead data administration and reporting across our Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS) contracts for people on probation, a role that sits right at the heart of how we prove our impact and keep services accountable to the people who fund them.
The role
As Data Control Manager, you'll manage the data administration function across your service area, leading a team of Administration Officers, Senior Administration Officers and Data Administrators. You'll:
- Lead, recruit, supervise and develop a team of AOs/Senior AOs/Data Administrators
- Own the collation and quality of data reported to Commissioners, including quarterly reports and monthly KPIs
- Oversee NDTMS submissions and DAMs monthly reporting, auditing data quality ahead of every deadline
- Maintain and audit Forward's databases, working across systems including Nebula, Refer & Monitor, SystmOne, DET and C-Nomis
- Train and support administration teams to keep data accurate and audit-ready
- Attend Contract Review meetings and act as a trusted point of contact for Commissioners and stakeholders
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems and processes across your service area
