M365 Tester

M365 Tester – Liverpool/ Hybrid - £35,000-£40,000

A large, forward-thinking public sector organisation is seeking an experienced M365 Tester to support the ongoing transformation of its digital services. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in improving how services are delivered, ensuring technology solutions are robust, reliable, and fit for purpose.Working within a Strategy and Architecture function, you will help maximise the value and effectiveness of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test scripts aligned to business and user requirements
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution
• Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across M365 and D365 applications
• Validate integrations between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and existing systems
• Utilise tools such as Azure DevOps to support structured and collaborative testing processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 developments, features, and best practice

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience testing Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and related tools
• Solid understanding of integrations, customisation, and troubleshooting within the M365 ecosystem
• Experience working within structured testing methodologies and defect management processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and end users
• A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
