Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)

Salary: £27,100 - £35,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (8:30pm – 5:30pm Mon-Thurs with 4pm Finish on Fridays)

• Salary: £27,100 – £35,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped commission
• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with an early 4pm finish every Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll join us as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within our Technology recruitment team - and get stuck into full-cycle recruitment.

• With a focus on Business Development, you will build strong client relationships through a range of business development tools
• Source, screen, shortlist and consult with candidates at all levels
• Manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-focused environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values: Collaboration, Transparency, Growth and Respect
