Do you have extensive Dayforce experience and enjoy using data to improve HR systems and processes?

Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS & Dayforce Specialist to become the subject matter expert for their Dayforce platform. This is a business-critical role where you'll take ownership of the system, support HR, Payroll and IT teams, and help maximise the value of a recently implemented HRIS. This role will suit someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and support the Dayforce platform across HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.
  • Build reports, dashboards and semantic models using Power BI and Excel.
  • Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues and maintain system performance.
  • Manage system releases, configurations, integrations and enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
  • Act as the Dayforce expert, supporting and coaching users across the business.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on Dayforce experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management.
  • Excellent Power BI, semantic modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with HR systems configuration, reporting and integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support non-technical users.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and data quality.

Desirable:

  • Dayforce certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or API integrations.
  • Multi-country payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile or UAT testing.
