- Define and manage enterprise and information architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Design and deliver end-to-end architectures ensuring transparency, coherence, and scalability.
- Communicate data strategy and operating models to executives, platform teams, business units, and external partners.
- Enable AI/GenAI adoption across the organisation, ensuring ethical and responsible practices.
- Mentor and coach junior architects, analysts, and data teams to grow capability.
- Shape standards, patterns, policies, and vision statements for data architecture.
- Champion innovation by leveraging emerging data technologies to enhance efficiency and agility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) and support governance initiatives.
- Experienced Data Architect/Engineer (5+ years)
- Skilled in data mesh, cloud platforms, data modelling, integration patterns, and AI/GenAI enablement.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communicator and mentor, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and outcomes driven.
