Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities within the temporary hospitality recruitment market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment companies and staffing providers
• Promote a full suite of workforce, payroll, and HR software solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in software sales
• Skilled communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
• Target-driven and motivated by uncapped earning potential
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage a busy pipeline
• Based in/around London with flexibility to travel for client meetings
