Salary: Up to £72,000

We’re looking for an experienced HCM & Payroll Onboarding Consultant to deliver exceptional client implementations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for global payroll and HCM clients

Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant setups

Deliver client training, documentation, and support

Identify process improvements and risks throughout implementation

Ideal Profile

5+ years’ experience implementing payroll or HCM systems

Strong project management and stakeholder skills

Deep understanding of UK payroll processes

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Confident working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
