JGA Recruitment are partnered with a leading Irish Charity looking to recruit an experienced SAP Success Factors Specialist focused on EC & ECP Modules.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Business Applications team, primarily focused on project delivery of their Payroll solution and further develop modules of their HRIS SuccessFactors system, including solution design and implementation.

Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, the successful candidate will also provide SME support and enhance/develop integrations between SuccessFactors and our other internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Learning and other future modules.
• Gap analysis of legacy payroll against ECP standards and establish baseline project documentation with recommendations for business and process change in preparation for our ECP project.

Key Requirements:

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors ECP, EC, and/or Learning systems.
• Experience with payroll configuration and understanding of payroll processes from a functional and technical aspect is desirable.

This is a hybrid position, based in Dublin and paying up to €55k.
