Up to £50k + Bonus

We’re looking for a Sage People Consultant to join our growing HR systems consultancy team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to design, configure, and deliver Sage People solutions that transform how HR and payroll teams operate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client workshops and scope requirements
• Configure Sage People and advise on integrations
• Manage data migration, QA and UAT testing
• Deliver engaging training and clear documentation
• Share expertise, mentor colleagues, and help spot opportunities for further services

What You Bring

• Strong HR and payroll knowledge
• Proven Sage People expertise, with HRIS configuration/admin experience
• Understanding of full project lifecycle and delivery methods
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bonus: experience with other HRIS or reporting tools (CoreHR, iTrent, SAP, etc.)
